As a Flexibility Enhancement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and effective one-on-one assisted stretching techniques to our clientele.
  • Enhancing the lives of others while enjoying a fulfilling career.
  • Educating and motivating clients during stretching sessions to uphold the culture of Stretch Zone, tailoring programs to meet individual needs.
  • Maximizing client engagement by scheduling follow-up appointments and renewing memberships.
  • Collaborating with management and front desk staff to ensure outstanding service and a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Working full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling options.
  • Participating in complimentary stretch sessions as part of your ongoing education.
  • Assisting studio managers and team members in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment.
  • Ensuring client safety by adhering to our policies and safety protocols.
