About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods, fires, and other catastrophic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is in good working condition.
  • Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Have a clean criminal background check and be able to pass a drug test.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Be able to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Have a strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally.
