- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to support daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to physicians and management as needed.
- Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
- Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with management to establish and implement practice policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 3+ years of Medical Office Experience Required
- Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience
