Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to support daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to physicians and management as needed.
  • Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with management to establish and implement practice policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 3+ years of Medical Office Experience Required
  • Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience
