- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred.
- Outside Sales Experience: Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals.
- Presentation and Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections.
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and independent work environment with a willingness to adapt and test new processes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective Time Management Skills: Effective time management skills.
- Healthcare/Hospital Sales Experience: Highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
