Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing repair files and invoicing, and communicating with customers and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take completed estimates and enter them into our database.
  • Assist the team in ordering parts and performing additional administrative duties.
  • Manage repair files and invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers and insurance companies.
  • Assist shop floor workers with timecards and approvals.
  • Learn the process of our shop and help us improve.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a body shop is required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software.
  • Preferred experience as a data entry specialist.
  • Experience using Commercial Collision Estimating Software such as AdjustRite or CCC1 is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
