Job Overview:

As a Patient Registration Specialist with Medix, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth intake process for patients in the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities:

* Collect and verify patient information, including personal details and insurance coverage
* Work closely with patients to address any concerns or questions they may have
* Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of patient registration experience
* High School diploma
* Strong customer service skills

Work Environment:

* Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Emergency Department
