The specialist will work alongside internal teams to identify challenges and enhance operational efficiency while contributing to cost-saving measures.
Key Duties:
- Conduct client discussions to ascertain implementation requirements
- Leverage technology and product expertise to meet client specifications
- Create communication materials and identification cards
- Execute accuracy assessments prior to delivering testing results
- Utilize project management tools for task oversight and progress tracking
- Ensure secure user access and perform annual security evaluations
- Collaborate on internal improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Manage priorities based on project timelines and financial objectives
Essential Qualifications:
- Proximity to St Louis, MO or St Petersburg, FL
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of professional office experience
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare sector
- Familiarity with healthcare claims communication and printing workflows
- Experience with web-based project management tools
