About the Client Success Position
- Exhibit passion for our solution throughout the post-sales journey and into contract renewals
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product
- Assist clients in reaching their business goals through consultations and onboarding sessions
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling
- Evaluate customer requirements and potential risks for subscription renewals
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams for effective client management
- Proactively manage subscription cancellations and overdue payments
- Provide insights and feature suggestions to our product and marketing teams
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively
Desired Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Sales, or Support within the SaaS sector
- Familiarity with industry-specific client workflows in areas such as Health, Finance, or Coaching/Consulting
- Demonstrate a strong interest in technical details and innovative problem-solving
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and a positive demeanor
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver constructive feedback
- Show initiative and adaptability to new strategies
- Appreciate humor and light-hearted interactions
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Looker, Zendesk, JIRA, HTML, and various CRM systems
- Proficiency in Spanish or Hebrew is a plus
