Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate data and user feedback from various sources, including end-users and support teams, to accurately determine product requirements, which may encompass bug resolutions, new functionalities, and enhancements.
- Engage in consistent collaboration with Product Managers, initiating support for new offerings, providing insights on product necessities, and sharing findings from data analysis.
- Work with documentation such as requirement specifications, surveys, implementation strategies, system workflows, and product demonstrations, including the creation of materials essential for product launches in support of the Product Manager.
The Product Analyst in this role plays a vital part in advancing the Global Services Department's objective of assisting individuals in their spiritual journey by serving members, leaders, and employees worldwide in a straightforward and effective manner. Responsibilities Breakdown:
- 30% Conducting product analysis and research
- 30% Collaborating with various stakeholders
- 20% Documenting system workflows
- 10% Facilitating user acceptance testing
- 10% Creating and updating requirements, user stories, product roadmaps, and other relevant materials
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer systems, business management, or a related field is preferred, along with over 5 years of experience in system or website product analysis and usability testing.
- A background in business analysis is beneficial if product analysis experience is lacking.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend and formulate user stories for developers are essential.
- Experience in conducting usability testing is required.
