Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to fill a Junior Sales Manager role at PI Los Angeles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and managing the sales and customer service team to meet specific client expectations with an emphasis on superior sales and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and initiate projects that achieve our client's specific sales goals and maintain high standards and expectations set
  • Provide direction and support to sales and customer service teams
  • Assist new employees in training and development requirements
  • Track campaign results and organize deliverables to Sales & Marketing Managers
  • Attend all campaign and client meetings

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of college experience or relevant work experience (hospitality, retail, customer service, warehouse/labor, etc.)
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment (school projects, sports, work experience, etc.)
  • Uncontested work ethic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organization skills
