How long with NM? 8 years.

Previous experience? Executive in Entertainment since age 16, specializing in post-production. Transitioned to NM after having her first baby, seeking more control over her time and a new career path.

Passions outside of business? Enjoys spending time with her family (husband and two young daughters) and traveling, particularly to Hawaii and Disneyland. Former basketball player and passionate about ballet.

Ben Britt: Wealth Management Advisor

How long with NM? 13+ years.

Previous experience? Initially pursued a career in the video game industry as a developer, but realized it wasn't for him. Changed gears to finance and joined NM about a year out of college, encouraged by a high school friend already at the company.
