Northern Impact is Seeking a Senior Project Manager

Northern Impact, a national award-winning studio and winner of Design Firm of the Year, is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Rancho Cucamonga. With over 19 offices across the U.S., the studio specializes in K-12 through college/university, healthcare, sports, and corporate business sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring the highest quality construction documents.
  • Manage project schedules, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
  • Supervise and manage project teams, including Project Architects and junior staff.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, keeping clients informed of project progress.
  • Provide technical advice to project teams and support Client Executives and/or Principal Architects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Must be a Licensed Architect.
  • 15+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Experience working with the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes.
