Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our team at Baird & Warner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting with the marketing and social media efforts to promote our top-producing agents and attract new clients.

This is a full-time position with expectations of 30-40 hours/week, depending on experience, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $16-18/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Social Media: Create new marketing materials for both print and digital social media applications to help promote growth for our agents and obtain new clients.
  • Marketing Materials Distribution: Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including maps, flyers, brochures, postcards, videos, and social media updates.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate regular mailings, social media posts, manage distribution process, updates, and reports on activity and statistics of events and campaigns.
  • Video Production: Work with team personnel to create and edit short videos of properties and property talking points.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage our customer relationship management system.
  • Broker Profile Management: Update broker profiles across multiple platforms and review marketing material.
  • Promotions and Events: Generate promotions, including advertising, events, and exhibits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous real estate experience is a must.
  • Marketing and Administrative Experience: Marketing/administrative experience preferred.
  • Social Media Savvy: Social media savvy, with experience in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer/technology skills, including Google platform, Microsoft Office, and kvCore.
  • Customer Service Focus: Customer service-focused attitude.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
