  • Assist in investment entity formation and draft governance documents to ensure that clients' investment goals are met.
  • Handle real estate closings for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Ensure tax compliance for clients, including tax planning and preparation.
  • Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and professionals to provide comprehensive estate planning services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Illinois estate planning attorney.
  • Strong background in gift and estate tax planning.
  • Expertise in trust and estate administration.
  • Desire to build a practice in estate planning, family office services, and tax matters.
  • Accounting or financial background and/or LLM in taxation preferred (but not required).
