YOUR ROLE

The Sales Operations Lead will facilitate seamless collaboration with various internal teams to boost operational effectiveness and enhance the Endotronix customer journey. This position will serve as a liaison among departments such as Customer Service, the Endotronix Field Team (including Sales and Clinical Specialists), Operations/Manufacturing, Finance, and Marketing.

The Sales Operations Lead is accountable for four primary support areas: sales analytics and report generation, compensation strategy and quota establishment, pricing and contract assistance, and field-level support aimed at achieving revenue targets.

  • Deliver analytical insights and report generation to the field to bolster sales objectives.
  • Oversee field alignments and collaborate closely with sales leadership on deployment strategies.
  • Partner with the finance team on Commercial CRM development to monitor customer progression through the sales funnel.
  • Establish Incentive Compensation Plans and work cross-functionally on plan governance, quotas, and compensation management.
  • Support Sales & Revenue Objectives: Collaborate with regional sales teams to monitor monthly and quarterly performance, identifying and addressing significant obstacles related to forecasts and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and legal teams on customer contracts, including revisions, pricing details, and Commercial Contract Negotiations.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting on rebate management and quarterly calculations.
  • Engage with the supply chain team to evaluate inventory needs and fulfillment. Streamline and enhance the sales process by selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools. Oversee CRM data management via Salesforce, playing a crucial role in sales forecasting by partnering with sales leadership to set organizational targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, ideally within the healthcare sector in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proven experience in a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn swiftly and constructively respond to feedback.
  • Organized, adaptable, and communicative.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to assist others.
  • Composed under pressure and well-organized.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
