Company Overview:

Lessen is a rapidly expanding entity in the real estate services sector. Our innovative technology platform empowers clients with comprehensive portfolio dashboards, enabling them to review and approve project estimates, monitor project progress in real-time, and manage vendor payments seamlessly. However, we are more than just a technology provider.

We also excel in delivering property services, including renovations, turnovers, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. Following our acquisition of SMS Assist, a leading facilities maintenance technology and service provider, we have significantly broadened our national reach.

This merger allows us to serve over 250,000 properties, handle approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance requests, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turnover projects annually.

Lessen has transitioned from an exciting startup to a trusted partner, providing scalable and comprehensive property services to our clientele.
