Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Development, Trading, and Infrastructure teams to refine the trading system, resolve issues, and optimize configurations.
  • Implement automation for routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual processes.
  • Become proficient in supporting both proprietary and third-party software applications critical to our trading operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a solid technical foundation.
  • Proficient in Linux environments (such as RedHat, Ubuntu), skilled in automation tools, and comfortable with command line operations.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and familiarity with database structures and various scripting methodologies.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance protocols.
  • A collaborative team player capable of fostering strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
  • Capable of making informed decisions in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
  • Willingness to be on-call and available outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays.
