Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting our customers in finding their next vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new or used vehicles, providing expert knowledge and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
