Key Responsibilities- Respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing pricing and selection information.
- Work closely with our sales department to ensure a smooth transition of leads and to provide ongoing support to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, introducing them to our sales team.
- Help to ensure that all BDC appointments are confirmed by 10am each day and follow up with customers who are late or do not show.
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound follow-up calls per day, in addition to follow-up emails.
- Support other agents in the department as needed and maintain a good working relationship with the sales department.
- Meet and exceed department and individual goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services a plus.
