About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Representatives in the Small Business sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Small Business sales within a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with local ADT installation management to ensure effective completion of sales and installation processes.
  • Mentor and develop Sales Representatives to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in recruiting activities to select and hire new Sales Representatives.
  • Formulate and implement organic self-generated lead programs to enhance sales contribution.
  • Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure adherence to ADT policies, procedures, and products through timely communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales/sales supervisory experience.
  • Proven successful track record in consumer/residential sales or related industries working with large accounts.
  • Experience in developing a professional business team.
  • Strong leadership presence and recognition within a local community.
  • Demonstrated success in handling high-dollar sales transactions and large bids.
  • Effectively educated consumers on products and services and success in consultative selling.
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and car allowance. Our benefits package includes access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with an increasing accrual rate after the first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
