We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Program Director to lead our clinical growth initiatives at Frontier Home Health and Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance our reputation as a leading provider of home health and hospice services.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company in professional settings, building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, programs, and protocols to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor the execution of sales programs and service provision through quality assurance visits with referral sources and working with operational team members.
- Meet and exceed annual referral and admission goals, as well as assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing or therapy, with a valid state license.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home health and hospice operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and execute programs, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as transitional care.
- Management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Extensive related field experience, with a strong understanding of laws and regulatory guidelines.
