Receivables Management Specialist

- Invoice Administration: Create and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and precise manner.
- Payment Handling: Manage incoming payments by documenting transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Account Auditing: Consistently audit accounts to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger upkeep.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various communication channels to follow up on unpaid invoices and address any payment discrepancies.
- Transaction Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of all receivable transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to customer accounts or billing.
- Overdue Account Analysis: Generate and review aging reports to pinpoint overdue accounts and take necessary actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Audit Assistance: Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in the receivables process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a comparable position.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in managing financial data.
- Analytical Capability: Competence in analyzing financial data and producing reports.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Capability to work cooperatively within a team and across various departments.
- This role typically functions in an office setting.
- May require occasional extended hours during busy periods.
