Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Administration: Create and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and precise manner.
  • Payment Handling: Manage incoming payments by documenting transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Account Auditing: Consistently audit accounts to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger upkeep.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various communication channels to follow up on unpaid invoices and address any payment discrepancies.
  • Transaction Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of all receivable transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to customer accounts or billing.
  • Overdue Account Analysis: Generate and review aging reports to pinpoint overdue accounts and take necessary actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Audit Assistance: Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in the receivables process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a comparable position.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in managing financial data.
  • Analytical Capability: Competence in analyzing financial data and producing reports.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Capability to work cooperatively within a team and across various departments.
Working Conditions:
