Sales Solutions Consultant

Appstar is a leader in tech payment solutions, seeking driven professionals to join our team of Solution Specialists. As a Sales Solutions Consultant, you will be critical to our market penetration strategy.
This is an exciting industry with rapid growth and a unique approach. We are looking for talented, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy the thrill of the win. Our Solution Specialists need to be sharp, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is $110k in the first year, with uncapped commissions and residuals. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k matching.
Your responsibilities will include relationship building, closing new business with SMB owners, working with Business Development Reps to build custom solutions, making outbound calls from in-house generated leads, and developing a robust sales pipeline. You will also be encouraged to think creatively about selling with technology methods such as social media, text, email, and video conferencing.
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years inside sales experience, preferably B2B/short sales cycle. You should be able to complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to solution value-based closing. A high energy and infectious attitude is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive schedule, working from 6:00am-2:30pm Monday to Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. You will also have access to paid time off, vacation days, and holidays to recharge.
