Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled and results-driven General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and recognition to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
- Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with our corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a General Manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
