Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Production Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products meet our quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Oversee Production Operations: Lead the production team to ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with our quality and safety standards.
  • Improve Efficiency: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure that all aspects of the production process are aligned and working towards a common goal.
  • Monitor and Control Costs: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that production costs are under control and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all production processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About You:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Manufacturing Experience: A strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in production planning, process improvement, and team leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Education and Certifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or supply chain management, and relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing.
