This Role: We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team in Southern California. This role is ideal for someone eager to be part of a company with a strong track record of innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner on first-year implementations to ensure successful launches and identify potential revenue growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate new leads within your territory through outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on developing 5-7 new partnerships each week.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Create proposals highlighting the ESS value proposition relative to district goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales efforts and follow-ups in Salesforce.com.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of educational sales experience or a background in school leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas, particularly in new business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channeled prospecting approaches.
