Role OverviewThis exciting opportunity is part of our California Market team, focused on establishing successful partnerships with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) schools. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Account Management and Implementation teams to establish an infrastructure for school support, engaging with 200+ schools annually.
You will develop strong relationships with school staff, focusing on direct student services related to behavioral and mental health, such as school counselors and social workers. Your expertise will drive engagement through on-site and virtual visits, ensuring access to quality mental health services for all students.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large portfolios of school partners, their healthcare needs, and communities.
- Establish credibility with key stakeholders by building expertise in student behavioral health, driving engagement through on-site and virtual visits.
- Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events.
- Evaluate and improve partner satisfaction through specific engagement metrics.
- Proactively resolve complex customer issues.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing experience in K-12 schools, preferably within LAUSD or a similarly large urban district. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of how schools operate and what matters most to on-site school-based health staff and administrators.
