Senior Partnership Development Lead

As a vital member of our team, the Senior Partnership Development Lead will play a crucial role in building out our partnerships function and team, fostering relationships with brokers, and driving lead generation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a proven track record of success in the M&A process. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners, hosting presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless relationship handoffs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced knowledge of business software and a high degree of comfort interacting with senior executives. They will also be able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and exercise good judgment in confidential situations.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $220,000 per year, plus early equity.
