At WorkWave, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and email.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to build trust and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activity, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and exceed expectations.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a professional speaking voice and excellent phone etiquette.
  • A positive and determined attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with CRM products, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar, or SalesLoft.
