Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients in the North American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, comprehending their business needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, and ensure smooth project implementation and successful delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results and overcome obstacles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Successful track record in account management, with a focus on strategic relationship building and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Annual earnings for this role will be a mix of base salary + commission driven by goals and sales at 70/30 split.
