At dsm-firmenich, we're committed to providing exceptional technical services to our customers. As the Technical Services Manager, Colors, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and determining the technical needs of customers and developing a technical service plan
  • Providing service to customers in a way that enables them to apply our products safely
  • Preparing colors pitches for customers, analyzing their brand proposals, and creating color concepts based on their brand aspirations
  • Preparing and deploying training for colors, customizing it for different segments, and incorporating various disciplines
  • Connecting the Taste and Health organization to create joint color concepts
  • Generating market intelligence on competitors and other colors in the market

We're looking for someone with experience in the color houses or similar, a Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages, project management experience, customer intimacy, managerial and social knowledge, and good verbal and written communication skills.
