Job Description:
As the Color Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical service of our business, ensuring that we achieve our Customer Service Level objectives as outlined in our Sales and Account Plans. This role involves investigating and determining the technical needs of customers, developing technical service plans, and providing service to customers in a way that enables them to apply our products safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement technical service plans for customers, ensuring that our products are used safely and effectively.
* Provide technical support to customers, responding to their needs and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy training programs for customers, including regulatory, commercial, and application training.
* Analyze market intelligence and competitor activity, providing insights that inform our business decisions.
* Connect with the Taste and Health organization to develop joint concepts using colors, driving innovation and growth.
Benefits:
* A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages.
* Project Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and meeting objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in the color houses or similar industries, with a strong understanding of color technology and application.
