Technical Services Manager, Colors

As the Technical Services Manager, Colors, you will be responsible for managing the technical service of a business to achieve Customer Service Level objectives as agreed in Sales and Account Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and draw up a technical service plan.
  • Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply the Business Unit's products safely.
  • Prepare colors pitch for customers, analyzing customer brand proposals and creating color concepts based on customer brand aspirations.
  • Prepare and deploy training for colors, customizing per segment and including various disciplines to craft the training.
  • Connect the Taste and Health organization to create joint concepts using colors.
  • Create market intelligence regarding competitors and other colors in the market.

You will bring:

  • Experience in the color houses or similar.
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
