The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate real estate broker to join our Seattle office. As a member of our team, you will work alongside world-class industry experts to take your career to the next level. Our goal is to help you master every aspect of being a high-performance corporate real estate advisor, including procuring clients and leading transactions, as well as managing relationships with portfolio clients.

We offer an incredible training program for brokers of all levels, resulting in experienced advisors realizing a three times increase in revenue within a few years of joining our team. Our brokers receive unprecedented levels of operations and subject matter area expert support from internal teams, including attorneys, financial analysts, construction experts, and furniture consultants.

Requirements
  • A Washington Department of Real Estate broker's or salesperson's license is required to be in process or already obtained.
  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic, determination, and motivation.
  • Candidates must have a warm personality and the ability to work well in a team environment.
