Your Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to develop face-to-face relationships with partners and gain hands-on experience in their daily operations.
  • Oversee real estate initiatives, property requirements, and construction projects while ensuring adherence to all legal, operational, and financial standards.
  • Manage monthly invoicing for rent, landlords, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Analyze data related to occupancy, square footage, and billing.
  • Maintain the integrity of the real estate database.
  • Support vendor relationship management and national contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with business licenses, occupancy certificates, and insurance certificates according to local and state regulations.
  • Assist in identifying and selecting office locations across various regions.
  • Facilitate the review and negotiation of leases, renewals, and contracts to optimize financial resources and minimize risk.
  • Coordinate the closure of offices and manage security deposit refunds to ensure timely and effective processes.
  • Oversee furniture relocation, design, acquisition, and installation in field offices.
  • Manage storage and relocation needs in the field, including the decommissioning of spaces.
  • Plan, develop, and implement ongoing processes and project enhancements under the guidance of the Real Estate Manager.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine interest in fostering relationships and delivering consistent service to employees, partners, and vendors.
  • Capacity to innovate and take calculated risks.
  • Aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 10-15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with technical language or the ability to review legal documents such as leases and contracts.
  • Experience in commercial property management.
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions.
  • Experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Airtable, CoStar, and contract data management systems is preferred.
