The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled corporate real estate broker to join our Seattle office. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with seasoned industry experts to help take your career to the next level. Our goal is to empower brokers to master every aspect of being a high-performance corporate real estate advisor, including procuring clients and leading advisory and execution portions of transactions, as well as managing relationships with portfolio clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure and manage a portfolio of clients, including national and global occupiers of real estate.
  • Lead the advisory and execution portions of transactions, including lease negotiations and structuring.
  • Develop and execute winning corporate real estate strategies for clients.
  • Manage relationships with portfolio clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including attorneys, financial analysts, construction experts, and furniture consultants, to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements:

  • A Washington Department of Real Estate broker's or salesperson's license is required to be in process or already obtained.
  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of work ethic, determination, and motivation are essential.
  • A warm personality and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
