The Corporate Treasury division is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Finance Analyst.

This position is integral to the Treasury Technology Team within Corporate Treasury, a vibrant and international organization that utilizes expertise in essential Treasury functions while integrating technology and innovative strategies to deliver valuable services across the Caterpillar enterprise.

The Treasury Technology Team is responsible for supporting key applications utilized by the global Corporate Treasury Team and acts as a consultant to Treasury Process Owners regarding technological solutions.

Additionally, the team serves as a bridge between Treasury Process Owners and Caterpillar's Global IT department.

The team oversees external technology vendor partnerships, actively investigates and assesses technology trends, and manages a comprehensive portfolio of compliance controls.

This role will advance the Caterpillar Global Finance Strategy by utilizing digital tools to standardize and streamline Treasury processes, as well as identify opportunities for optimizing Treasury applications.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Treasury application support to achieve system uptime goals, troubleshoot user issues, manage security access, and maintain static data.
- Collaborating closely with Treasury Process Owners to devise innovative solutions tailored to their process and technology requirements.
- Configuring and testing new solutions within Treasury applications, along with coordinating user acceptance testing with end users.
- Developing and sustaining the Treasury system control environment, partnering with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with control requirements.
- Leading various technology projects within Corporate Treasury that align with Caterpillar's Global Finance Strategy.
- Acting as a primary technical support for the Quantum Treasury Management System Upgrade.

Essential Skills for the Role:

- Extensive Experience in Planning and Organizing.
- Interest in the financial technology sector.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and applications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or information technology.
- 4+ years of progressively responsible finance-related or information systems experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, and process management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a strong compliance culture (organization, policies, and procedures).
- Proven track record of exhibiting courage and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Project management experience.
- High level of responsibility, initiative, values, and stress tolerance.
