Key Responsibilities

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by guiding users through troubleshooting processes and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills while interacting with clients.
  • Conducting network troubleshooting and possessing foundational knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Executing junior-level administrative tasks within O365.
  • Providing support for audio/visual equipment in conference rooms and during virtual meetings.
  • Reimaging and configuring computer systems as needed.
  • Troubleshooting printer malfunctions and resolving issues related to shared files and cloud storage.
  • Utilizing remote desktop support tools effectively.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Tracking and routing customer inquiries to appropriate resources.
  • Documenting and closing issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommending improvements to procedures and processes.
Technical Proficiencies

The ideal candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting the following Microsoft products:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2016
  • Microsoft Office 365
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in an IT service desk capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Adobe products, and Apple iOS devices.
Compensation

This position is contracted through a third-party vendor, which will provide all relevant compensation details.
