We are in search of a Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) who will collaborate closely with the Treasury Management Consultant (TMC) to devise strategies aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing client retention, and improving client experiences. The TMA will focus on identifying new and cross-selling opportunities, supporting activities from sales through implementation, and managing ongoing client relationships to help achieve set TM revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned TM Consultants throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all TM solutions and their advantages for clients.
  • Effectively communicate Old National Bank's value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders to influence sales outcomes.
  • Engage in client call preparations, business process reviews, proposal generation, presentations, relationship assessments, and industry trend analyses.
  • Monitor portfolio growth by analyzing key financial indicators and monthly trends.
  • Identify solutions to enhance revenue recognition through new, cross-sell, and pricing rationalization opportunities.
  • Conduct quality control on current client charges to identify and rectify revenue leakage.
  • Initiate outbound client communications regarding various TM division initiatives.
  • Analyze client financials and industry data to provide insights for relationship strategy development.
  • Oversee the submission of necessary forms and information for setting up and onboarding TM products/services.
  • Coordinate implementation resources and assist in implementation meetings.
  • Manage the Annual TM Review process, including preparation and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in solution development and value proposition enhancement.
  • Review existing portfolios for revenue enhancement opportunities and proactively communicate these with TM Consultants.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Work closely with both front-end and back-end partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in TMC client events to drive sales and pipeline growth.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training and meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Understanding of the TM sales process, including implementation and service functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and TM-specific systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth.
  • Experience in client service, both over the phone and in person.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products in relation to risk and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation.
  • 2-5 years of banking experience.
  • Experience in TM Operations, Training, or Implementation.
  • Sales experience with an interest in a consulting career path.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
