About the Role

The Service Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering technology support to various divisions and boards within the office. This position entails providing technical assistance for the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding users through the troubleshooting process and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills while assisting customers.
  • Conduct network troubleshooting and possess a foundational understanding of Active Directory.
  • Execute basic administrative tasks within Office 365.
  • Support audio/visual equipment in conference rooms and during virtual meetings.
  • Reimage and configure computers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues.
  • Address problems with shared files and cloud storage solutions.
  • Utilize remote desktop support tools to assist users.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Track and route customer inquiries to appropriate resources.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and closure of all support tickets.
  • Propose enhancements to existing procedures for improved efficiency.
Technical Proficiencies

The Service Desk Analyst will be expected to troubleshoot the following Microsoft products:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2016
  • Microsoft Office 365
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in an IT service desk capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the following technologies:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Adobe products (including Reader and Acrobat)
    • Apple iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)

This position is contracted through a third-party vendor, which will provide all compensation details.
