Job Summary:

About the Role:
This full-time position is responsible for providing front office reception and assistance to the public, responding to general inquiries, and performing general clerical support tasks. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times and work in an office setting with occasional overtime required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides front office reception and assistance to the public
  • Responds to general inquiries from the public
  • Performs general clerical support (records maintenance, word processing, file management, main distribution, etc.)
  • Sorts, logs, and disseminates daily incoming mail, emails, and reports
  • Prepares and delivers outgoing mail
  • Logs reports of investigation
  • Delivers documents and other items to the proper courts and county, state, and private agencies and offices
  • Orders, maintains, and stores office supplies
  • Arranges for maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Answers calls and directs them to the appropriate staff
  • Maintains files of correspondence, forms, reports, and other materials
