**Job Overview**

The Ohio Department of Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Program Coordinator for Business and Industry Partnerships. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of business and industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program records, including attendance and grades
  • Create training schedules and coordinate instructional materials and supplies
  • Support efforts to market and develop training programs
  • Negotiate with regional companies to identify and develop training programs
  • Collaborate with students, teachers, and administrators to ensure effective program delivery

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or at least five years of project management or program coordination experience
  • Background in manufacturing or logistics preferred
  • Strong skills in Outlook/Microsoft Office and ability to learn safety, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing processes and related technology vocabulary
  • Flexible schedule to support client and program needs
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet established deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
