About the Role

As an HR Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Chief Human Resources Officer and contribute to the smooth operation of our human resources department.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  2. Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and reserve conference rooms when necessary.
  3. Assist with the preparation of confidential correspondence and reports, drafts memos/letters, and emails.
  4. Prepare monthly expense reports and reconcile company accounts.
  5. Support the human resources department staff in assigned project-based work.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively is crucial.
  • Dependability and reliability are vital qualities for this role.
