Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the Director of Food and Beverage in their absence
  • Ensure adherence to departmental and hotel guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise outlet activities to ensure quality production and delivery of product/service
  • Interact with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience
  • Prepare department storeroom requisitions and control operational costs within forecasted budgetary guidelines
  • Review daily payroll report and reduce staff as business activity diminishes
Requirements
  • Associate of Science degree or higher in Hospitality or Food Service Management
  • Thorough knowledge of upscale food service operations
  • Two years management experience in hotel or free-standing quality food service operation
  • Certification as Food Service Manager or other required certification
  • Ability to maintain effective operating processes while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
  • Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
