About the Job

The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join their team. This role involves preparing sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and showpieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a high school education or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of culinary or related work experience. A working knowledge of basic culinary techniques is essential, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
