Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to banquet event orders and production standards.

Job Description
  • Prepare food items according to recipe cards and production standards; complete mise en place and set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Start food items ahead of time, ensuring they are prepared within estimated needs.
  • Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
  • Date all food containers and rotate as per policies; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup.
Requirements
  • High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
  • Advanced culinary knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Work Environment

The position involves lifting food cases and materials weighing up to 70 pounds, pushing and pulling, lifting, carrying carts, regular bending, and 80% mobility during the shift.
