We are seeking an Executive Culinary Manager to join our culinary team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.

- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the culinary department, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.">
- Develop and implement menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and preferences of our guests.">
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items.">
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste.">
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.">
- Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes, cooking techniques, and menu innovations.">
- Manage labor costs, maintain accurate records, and analyze data to inform decision-making.">
- Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the culinary department.">

- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field.">
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.">
