Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities Include:
- Chef Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create new recipes and menus, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality dishes, maintain accurate inventory, and manage food stock levels.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, enforce food safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices
