Job Description

As a seasoned professional in sales and renewals, you will lead a team of account managers in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your goal will be to solve for the client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account managers to drive renewal and growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with escalations and complex renewal situations
  • Develop and execute upsell playbook strategies to maximize customer growth
  • Communicate and report on renewal status to senior leadership

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales and renewals
  • Ability to evaluate business needs from both customer and SS&C Intralinks perspectives
  • Team player with high emotional IQ and excellent presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with expertise in preparing win-win renewal scenarios
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • SFDC CRM experience and Excel/reporting expertise
