Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee hospital operations, patient care, facility maintenance, and financial reporting. Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and develop marketing strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Leadership: Inspire and guide the team towards excellence in patient care and operational goals. Participate in strategic planning and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Client Relations: Deliver exceptional client service, address concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels through effective communication and service standards.
  • Team Development: Supervise and mentor veterinary staff, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth.
  • Veterinary Duties: Conduct thorough examinations and perform medical, surgical, and dental procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution.
  • Active veterinary license in California.
  • Experience in team management and training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
